Lake Nona Middle School is one of 67 middle schools in the Orange County Public School District. It opened its $40 million campus to just over 1000 students from grades 6-8 in the fall of 2011 and operates a state of the art facility that offers a 21st century curriculum that is supported by use of cutting edge technologies.

While a new school that has only been open a couple of years, the school is striving to be the top producer of successful students in the Orange County Public School system. The school is located off of Narcoossee Road (13700 Narcoossee Rd., Orlando, FL, 32832) works on fulfilling it’s mission to lead it’s students to success with the support and involvement of families and the community. Lake Nona Middle School’s colors are black and gold and its mascot is the knight tying it in to the Lake Nona educational partner – the University of Central Florida located just a few minutes drive north of Lake Nona.
